ENG will lead the tasks for the definition of the overall iHelp architecture and the system requirements to identify and specify the components of the system and their interactions to realize the functionalities offered to the final users. Moreover, ENG will participate to the modelling activities of the data captured and handled by iHelp and will exploit standardization opportunities. ENG will contribute to the definition of the exploitation strategy and to dissemination and exploitation activities to present the results of the project to the network of its customers.
